OBSESSED! We bought 1, tried it on the way to the car…wow…turned around and went back in to buy more! It’s such good quality with that nice mint tingle and so moisturizing. Better than anything we could ever find in a store.

I love the chapsticks, especially the mint! The ingredients are all natural and feel silky smooth. I'm currently on Accutane and haven't found anything that can compare to Homesteader's chapstick. They keep my lips from becoming extremely dry and smell amazing.

We've been using all-natural toothpastes for several years now, but this was our first time trying a powder. My husband and I both REALLY like it. It works so very well, and the flavor and texture aren't too bad. (It's a really weird experience the first time you give it a try, but then you get the hang of it.) My only complaint is it's hard to clean out of the toothbrush after. They include instructions or information with the toothpaste. If they'd include some tips with the jar, that would be awesome. Either way, it cleans SO WELL. My husband's teeth naturally attract more plaque than mine do, and even he was impressed.

Wow. This stuff is nice from beginning to end. It is packaged really well and almost looks like a gift. The powder itself is great. It has clean ingredients that I feel comfortable using and it makes my mouth feel so fresh. And I like the flavor. It is a slight adjustment to switch from toothpaste to tooth powder, but to me it is worth it. I went to the dentist last week and I felt like they did a lot less scraping this time and I like that!

I was so excited to finally find an all natural tooth powder. I love that this is made in the USA by a family. It has all natural ingredients; bentonite clay, calcium, xylitol, essential oils, peppermint, cinnamon and clove. Application is easy; wet your toothbrush and dip in the powder, brush as usual. This powder doesn't foam up like traditional toothpastes but I think it cleans even better! My teeth feel so good after using this. The flavor is very nice and refreshing. I like the combination of peppermint, cinnamon, and clove. I would definitely recommend this to others looking for a more natural, non-toxic tooth powder. It also comes packaged so nice! You could give this as a gift!

This Homesteader's Dream Tooth Powder comes in a very cute packaging with paper strings hugging the cute container. The actual power pot is not big. But since only a little is needed for each brush, this jar should last a while. The powder is all natural. It's a bit more abrasive than the old brand of herbal tooth brush powder I used and thus more cleansing power and should not be overdone. The natural ingredients is great and would not cause lip acne like most fluoride toothpaste. Very cute packaging that is also giftable.

I have been using this product for a couples weeks now and I absolutely love it. I love that it is all natural and made of products that I trust. The taste isn't bad and it leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh.

I'm a first-time user of this type of powder, therefore I was intrigued by the item claim and efficiency.I used this for four day, and was pretty impressed.It is slightly dark beige/tan/off white. After brushing, it is slightly tannish-brown. (Although the instructions say it isn't required, I spit and rinsed my mouth out).My teeth felt very protected and clean, afterwards!! I'm not sure if it's the cinnamon, or what‚Äö but I've used only toothpaste for the last two days, and my teeth feel less clean by my nighttime brushing, than when I was using this stuff?Pretty impressed and I'll alternate this with my regular toothpaste. I have sensitive teeth, and this stuff seems to work pretty well.Interesting experience, I enjoyed it.

I'm never buying store bought name brand toothpaste again! Holy wow my teeth feel so so SO clean!! I've only been using this all natural bentonite clay based tooth powder for a few days but I can already feel a difference. I was exclaiming how amazing it was after the very first use. It's a simple enough concept but not something I had ever tried before. I have sensitive teeth and gums so I am careful about the products I use in my mouth. The small jar of powder is enough to last for several months. It comes with instructions for use. Wet the toothbrush and dip it in the powder, brush and rinse. Simple! I used it first with a regular brush then with my electric brush and within 2 days the plaque buildup I've been frustrated with but unable to do anything about on the bottom inside of my front teeth was gone. Gone! It feels like I've gone to the dentist for a cleaning. It's unreal how much cleaner my teeth feel and now I'm wondering if my old toothpaste even actually did anything at all! I did a little research about using bentonite clay as a toothpaste and it seems to be safe enough and not too abrasive, though there were some inconsistent things being said. Ultimately I decided it feels safe enough for me to do at least a couple of times a week to keep the plaque away and that as long as I don't overdo it my enamel should be okay. I absolutely love this product and will be purchasing it again when I use up my first supply!

One of my main philosophies of life is to do as much with as little as you can reasonably manage. Generally for me, the less ingredients something has, the better; doubly so if it happens to be all-natural. This was my first time using a dry toothpaste, but seeing the simple-as-possible ingredient list had me intrigued. It's a very solid set of ingredients (xylitol is sort of a wonder molecule for oral health). One thing I noticed right away in my usage is that it was a bit awkward to get the toothbrush dipped into the jar just leaving it on the counter, but tilting it made it easier. Obviously, this lacks a frothing agent like sodium laureth sulfate or coco-betaine (the latter is a much better one since it's just derived from coconut oil; the former is what they put in soap), but I think it was moving around enough in my mouth to actually get over all of my teeth. Actually, I found it getting a bit stuck in my front teeth, but that's something a bit of flossing takes care of. Flavor wise, I had a couple of brushes that were very mild, and one that was super in-my-face. I made sure to give the jar a thorough shake after that, and it was much more reasonable after that. The flavor of cloves and cinnamon come through along with the peppermint, and it's quite nice.The only reason why I give it four stars instead of five is because I'm still not 100% convinced how much of the brushing work is being helped by the tooth powder, or how much of it is just the brush itself. That being said, my mouth feels good after the fact, so I suppose it's doing the job well enough.

I bought this tooth powder without having tried anything like this before. It was very well packaged and labeled. After using it for several days, I have noticed my teeth feel cleaner using this product over my usual toothpaste. As mentioned by Homesteader's Dream, you can either rinse it out after using it or leave it in your mouth for a while. The taste is very fresh and it leaves your mouth feeling very clean. I feel like this amount of tooth powder will last me for a while. It is nice to know that there are options out there for dental hygiene that are not full of chemicals and things you cannot pronounce. This tooth powder has a very simple ingredient list, but that is all you need!

This stuff is amazing! I feel like I got my teeth cleaned! The taste is even good. I have tried several powders and this is the best I've had. It does leave a bit of dirt in your sink and teeth but it washes away easy. Make sure you swish after brushing!.

This comes gift-ready - beautiful packaging and presentation. Only used it once so can't attest to how well it works but the taste is good.... great gift or treat for yourself.

I've never heard of tooth powder before but have been making my own toothpaste with coconut oil and baking soda. I came across this and decided to try it out. It works very well. The taste is so much better than the one I make. It leaves a great natural minty fresh sensation. Great value.

I stopped using fluoridated toothpaste for years, but never took the next step to use the more natural tooth powders like the ones my wife has been using for a while. I always thought they were kinda gross tasting. Enter Homesteader's Dream tooth powder. This not only tastes great (love the mint, clove and cinnamon!), but it does a nice job of cleaning my teeth. The instructions say that there's no need to rinse, but I do rinse after brushing since it leaves a brown residue from the clay. You don't use a lot of the powder per brushing, so it seems like it will last a decent while. Just make sure to close the cap tightly on the glass jar to avoid any moisture getting in. I am surprised at how much I like the product and will continue to use it daily.
