Before You Order

Before you place an order, please verify your shipping address and email information. Homesteader’s Dream is not responsible for issues related to incorrect information. Restocking and reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Of Orders  

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this timeframe, orders are considered final. 

Order Pickup

Order pickup is available by appointment on Mondays-Saturdays at our store (118 High Hills Ln, Pickens, SC 29671). 

We will reach out to schedule your pickup time after receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping

We offer domestic standard shipping at a flat rate of $6.50 on all orders under $55. Domestic standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $55.

Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at a flat rate of $15.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day (Monday–Saturday), excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. At that time, Homesteader’s Dream no longer has responsibility for your order. If there is an issue, please contact the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim, if needed.

International Shipping 

All international customs, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary by value and country, so please be aware of what to expect before purchasing. Refunds are not given if a package is refused due to customs fees or any other reason.
